Pilates

Pilates is a combination of the mental focus and flexibility of yoga, the attention to form and correct alignment of physical therapy and the resistance of personal training. Our focus is to create changes in your body from the inside out.

Pilates Private session: 55 Minute session customized to you, using different Pilates apparatus. All our equipment is manufactured by Balanced Body® known for it’s flawless performance and quality craftsmanship.

Pilates Virtual session: Work out from the comfort and safety of your home. After a video conference consultation (Zoom or FaceTime) I’ll customize sessions to reach your specific goals, using props you have at home. Sessions can be Private or Duets.

Soft Stretch Release Therapy

It’s a gentle, soft and non-aggressive neuromyofascial relaxation technique. Based on assisted stretches done from a therapy (massage) table, treating the connective tissue in the body, fascia, instead of isolated muscles in order to rehabilitate or prevent injuries. Sessions last 60 minutes.
